Location: DHA, Phase 7, Karachi.
Job Shift: Night Shift
Timings: 8:00 pm - 5:00 am
Job Summary:
The Front Sales Executive will be responsible for directly engaging with customers, generating leads, and driving sales for our products and services. This role requires a customer-centric attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive. The Front Sales Executive will work to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the company with a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Maintain a strong, positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide prompt and accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (in-person, online, events).
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend and actively participate in sales training sessions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
