Front Sales Executive

Job Title: Front Sales Executive (Software House)

We are a growing software house looking for a Front Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in sales and client conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound sales and converting leads into paying clients, especially from platforms like Bark.com.

Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential clients through calls, messages, and platforms
• Generate and manage leads from platforms like Bark.com
• Convert leads into paying clients for software and digital services
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Consistently follow up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain client records and update sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in sales and client conversion
• Experience in outbound sales and lead generation
• Familiarity with Bark.com or similar platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
