Job Summary:
Alfonick International is looking for a Front Sales Executive with hands-on experience in handling and converting inbound digital leads. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow, target-driven, and passionate about working in the digital marketing and IT services space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and convert inbound leads generated through Meta Ads and PPC campaigns
• Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital services
• Support upselling and cross-selling of SEO, Web Development, Design, App Development, and Marketing services
• Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer handling
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google PPC lead flow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in digital marketing or IT services
• Exposure to international clients or markets
• Basic knowledge of online sales funnels and client handling
