About the Role:

As a Front Sales Executive at Aliza Solutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main focus will be to engage inbound leads, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term customers. This position is ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert leads received through the Bark platform.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably working with Bark platform leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing abilities and a target-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, or agency sales is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
