About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Front/Upsell Specialist – Creative Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting inbound leads and upselling creative solutions, including web design, branding, UX/UI, digital marketing, SEO, and logo design. Your focus will be on driving revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Upselling

• Engage with existing and new clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional creative and digital services to increase client value.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with timely follow-ups and professional communication.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of $5,000 – $10,000.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve client engagement and upselling approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or upselling digital/creative services.
• Proven track record in lead conversion, upselling, and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts and managing multiple clients efficiently.
• Familiarity with Bark.com, SMM, or freelance marketplaces is a plus.
