As we scale our technology team, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build and optimize high-performance services.

Role Overview

As a Frontend Engineer at ClearGrid, you will develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks. You will work closely with product designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build high-performance, responsive, and reusable UI components using Tailwind, Shadcn, Tanstack, Redux Toolkit, and MUI.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently.
• Optimize web applications for speed, security, accessibility, and SEO.
• Implement UI/UX best practices to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Work with AWS/GCP services and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable deployments.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in front-end development.
• Tech Stack Expertise: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• UI Frameworks & State Management: Tailwind, Shadcn, Tanstack, Redux Toolkit, MUI.
• Performance Optimization: Proven experience in building scalable, high-performing applications.
• API Integration: Strong hands-on experience consuming REST APIs.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/GCP services and CI/CD best practices.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of web security and secure coding practices.
• Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML-driven applications or integrating AI models into frontend workflows.
