Fronter (US-Based Campaign) – Night Shift

Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are looking for an energetic Fronter with excellent English communication skills to join our team for a US-based outbound campaign. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Web Development campaigns and must be confident in handling client calls effectively.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.

Present company services related to SEO, Digital Marketing, and Web Development.

Qualify leads and forward them to the closing team.

Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately.

Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (must).

1–2 years of experience in outbound calling for US-based campaigns.

Experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Web Development campaigns preferred.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).
