• A dynamic, high-profile family in Santa Monica is seeking a grounded, engaging, and exceptional nanny to join their team and support their three children (ages 7, 5, and 2). This role will primarily focus on the youngest child, who is not yet in school, while also supporting the older children after school, during holidays, and as needed. Days center around creativity, rhythm, and meaningful engagement. Think imaginative play, hands-on activities, and nurturing curiosity in a calm, screen-free environment. You will work alongside a second nanny and very involved, hands-on parents, so collaboration, communication, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Responsibilities include: Planning enriching, age-appropriate activities School pickups and coordinating outings Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children Maintaining organization of children’s spaces and supplies Supporting travel preparation and logistics Traveling with the family, including 2–3 months in London each summer Occasional overnight care The ideal candidate brings a calm, confident presence, strong intuition with children, and the ability to seamlessly step into a busy, high-functioning home.
