Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

Your Role: As our Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you will lead our picking and packing processes inside the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for daily planning, staff coordination, output tracking within these functions and ensuring that expected performance targets reached. You will manage operational field responsibles, guide a large blue-collar team, and take initiative in applying lean, structured improvements.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily picking and packing workflows; set clear daily goals for the team and realign priorities as needed during the working hours.
• Supervise a large team through operation field responsibles; track and guide performance.
• Ensure high picking accuracy, on-time packing, and effective space utilization.
• Drive implementation of 5S principles and maintain a well-organized, safe work area.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, productivity per headcount, and overall picking & packing performance.
• Identify inefficiencies or repeated issues, perform root cause analysis, and take corrective actions.
• Work closely with warehouse planning and outbound logistics teams to align daily targets.
• Contribute new ideas and practical changes to improve flow, reduce waste, and boost productivity.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Strong experience in managing high-volume blue-collar teams directly in field operations.
• Skilled in assigning tasks, managing daily execution, and following up on results.
• Knowledgeable in lean practices and 5S methodology.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English; able to coordinate across departments clearly and effectively.
• Experienced in assigning workloads, managing shift structures, and improving team performance.
• Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems; able to extract and interpret data for reporting.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with tight operational targets.
