Full Charge Bookkeeper

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER IN OFFICE

Richardson TX | Full Time | 32 to 40 Hours Per Week

Established plumbing company seeking a full charge bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations and work directly with

ownership and CPA.

This is a full time permanent position and is not a remote position.

Must be trustworthy and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full cycle bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll and records
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• General ledger and journal entries
• Monthly financial statements
• Cash flow monitoring
• Invoicing, collections, vendor payments
• Assist with taxes and year end

REQUIREMENTS

• Full charge bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online certification required
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Detail oriented and organized
• Works independently

PREFERRED

• ServiceTitan experience
• Home services or construction background
• Job costing knowledge

• Do you hold a current QuickBooks Online Certification?
• Do you have at least 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (handling reconciliations, financials, and month-end close independently)?
• Are you available to work full-time, in-office (32–40 hours/week), and pass initial and random drug background testing?
• Do you have experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll?
• Have you prepared and reviewed monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheet) without supervision?
• Do you have experience independently reconciling bank and credit card accounts and resolving discrepancies without supervision?
