Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

We are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can take ownership of client work and become a trusted part of our team.

We are not your typical bookkeeping firm. We believe in building real relationships with our clients, providing clear and consistent communication, and delivering financial clarity without judgment. About the Role
This is a full-time position for an experienced bookkeeper who is confident managing multiple clients, maintaining accurate financials, and communicating directly with clients in a professional and approachable way.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly detail-oriented, and can work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Review and categorize transactions with attention to detail
• Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues
• Support and execute month-end close processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
• Experience working in a cloud-based workflow system such as Financial Cents (or similar tools)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and financial reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
