The Division:
CSST Software
LLC is a leading provider of intuitive tracking software. With over 100 years of combined experience, the team specializes in working with Community Action Agencies, multi-service nonprofits, and local governments. The state-of-the-art web-based software, empowOR, offers comprehensive client and case management solutions, allowing agencies to streamline daily operations and customize programs to meet specific needs.
The Position:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Fix bugs, performance issues, and develop minor enhancements to assigned Code baseline-initial baseline will be CADS UI and API Code written in Angular, C# and .NET Core. Develop clean, secure, scalable and performant code for new features that meets our customers needs, particularly in assigned code baseline
The selected candidate will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with product manager to groom work items
Assist in the development of story point estimates
Understand existing code structure and purpose in order to appropriately make updates
Ensure Urgent tasks are completed within appropriate timeframes
Work with other team members to improve efficiency of code
Complete Project tasks as assigned with support of other developers
Efficiently write complex SQL queries and LINQ
Participate in Design Sessions with product manager and other developers on new functionality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or related field and/or equivalent practical experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience working in a professional environment
At least 3 years’ Practical Development Experience
Required expertise with modern web development techniques and technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Visual Basics/
Required expertise with the following server-side technologies and platforms:
ASP.NET - (C# or
VB.NET), MSSQL, IIS. Bonus Points for experience developing in Azure
Visual Studio experience; Git experience
Understanding of data warehousing techniques is a plus
Ability to work independently and productively to accomplish tasks assigned
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methods for securing personal data.
