Role Overview

We are seeking an Application Developer who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Product core features. You will work across the full technology stack, from crafting user-friendly front-end experiences to building scalable back-end systems and integrating AI-driven components.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications.
• Build and integrate core product features such as project management, time tracking, communication tools, and AI-powered components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Implement robust API integrations with third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and collaborative brainstorming.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack/Front/Back-end Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong experience in back-end development: Node.js, similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience of Grafana, Prometeus and Loki
• Experience with databases: MySQL, CouchDB or MongoDB.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS/ GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Good understanding of security practices, authentication, and encryption.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitHub and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on SaaS or PaaS platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations.
• Knowledge of protocols (SMTP, IMAP, OAuth) and integrations.
• Familiarity with payment integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).
• Startup or product development experience.
• Eager to learn mindset and Tech enthusiastic
