Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (4+ Years Experience | Relocation to Bangalore)
Location: Remote (initially); Bangalore (India) post-fundraise
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (post-fundraise) 10 - 20LPA+ ESOPs
Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications (frontend and backend)
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and manage database integrations
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Manage code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
• Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices across systems

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development mandatory
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Hands-on backend experience using Node.js, Express.js, or Django
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools
• Strong understanding of API integration, authentication, and deployment pipelines
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore post-fundraise (mandatory)
• Immediate availability preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
