The new verticals we are hiring for include:

1- Blockchain Development (Solana + EVM Chains)

• Smart contracts on Solana (Anchor, SPL, Token-2022, CPI integrations)
• EVM smart contracts with Solidity & Hardhat
• DApp frontends with Next.js, Wagmi, RainbowKit, WalletConnect
• Token creation, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, staking systems
• Secure, audit-ready code following best practices

2-AI Automation & Rapid MVP Development

• Workflow automation using AI, APIs, and Low-code/No-code tools
• Custom GPT agents, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Rapid MVPs with Next.js + Tailwind (React-first)
• AI-powered web and mobile integrations
• Scalable, testable prototypes built fast

3- Full-Stack Web & Mobile Development

• Frontend: Next.js, React Native, Expo, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Supabase, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• APIs: REST & GraphQL

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional development experience (fresh graduates with strong projects/portfolios may also apply).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or PHP.
• Solid understanding of React, Next.js, Node.js, and API Integration.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of blockchain or AI development is a strong plus.
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Eagerness to explore new technologies and grow with the company.
