Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications integrating frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across backend and frontend development, cloud deployment, and security implementation — ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance software delivery within a dynamic environment.
- Real-Time Communication Development
- Design and integrate Matrix and LiveKit platforms for secure, low-latency messaging, conferencing, and collaboration.
- Full-Stack Engineering
- Lead end-to-end delivery across Java/Go/Python and React/Flutter, ensuring scalable APIs, clean architecture, and testable code.
- Security & PKI Implementation
- Deploy PKI-based authentication, manage certificates, and integrate TLS, JWT, and OAuth2 for enterprise-grade security.
- Cloud & DevOps Automation
- Drive deployments via Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CI/CD, managing infrastructure on AWS/GCP with monitoring and cost efficiency.
- Architecture & Performance Optimization
- Define secure, modular system architecture; lead design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous performance improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
- Proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Go, or Python.
- Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks: React or Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of API design, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience with Matrix/LiveKit integrations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of PKI, OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.
- Experience in CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
