Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Backend-Heavy – Python/Django + React.js)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Python (Django Framework) and working experience in React.js on the frontend urgently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end web application development but will primarily focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate React.js-based user interfaces with backend logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Manage and optimize database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL or similar).
• Implement security, authentication, and authorization solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless and scalable web solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or Backend Developer.
• Strong expertise in Python, Django, and REST API development.
• Practical experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of database design, queries, and ORMs (preferably Django ORM).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Good understanding of API integration, version control, and agile development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Celery, Redis, or other task queue systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of React hooks, Redux, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of microservices or scalable backend architecture is a plus.
