Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Maintenance

• Oversee and maintain 10+ WordPress websites, ensuring all systems run smoothly.
• Perform daily monitoring to identify and resolve bugs, UI/UX issues, broken links, and any functional inconsistencies.
• Ensure all forms, buttons, integrations, and workflows operate correctly across all websites.

Development & Optimization

• Develop new pages, features, and components using WordPress + Elementor and custom coding when required.
• Perform continuous speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, image optimization, server tuning).
• Implement on-page SEO improvements, technical SEO fixes, and general website enhancements.
• Build new websites as needed from scratch using WordPress or modern tech stacks.

Full Stack Development

• Work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and similar frameworks for new features, tools, or standalone applications.
• Manage relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Collaborate on architecture, API development, and integration tasks.

Hosting & Infrastructure

• Manage deployments, backups, and server configurations on DigitalOcean, Hostinger or other hosting platforms.
• Ensure high uptime, security, and performance across all environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong command of WordPress, Elementor,ACFand custom theme/plugin development.
• Proven experience in speed optimization and SEO implementation.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with DigitalOcean, server management, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, proactively identify issues, and deliver high-quality work.

Preferred

• Knowledge of automation tools for QA or website monitoring.
