The Division

Secure Connect is a modern healthcare clearinghouse and revenue connectivity platform that unifies claims, eligibility, and ERA into a single, flexible workflow. They help practices, billing companies, and health tech vendors — since 1998 — move from fragmented processes to a clean-claim, first-pass model that cuts denials, accelerates cash, and reduces staff burden.

The Position

We are seeking a hands-on full stack developer who can independently implement production-quality features across both backend and frontend systems. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, sound judgment in technical decisions, and attention to UI consistency and data modeling.

Code written in this role may move to production with minimal oversight. Candidates must be comfortable owning their work end-to-end.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and identify ambiguities before implementation.
  • Propose solution approaches (including tradeoffs) before beginning development.
  • Implement clean, maintainable backend APIs using C# and REST principles.
  • Design and build consistent, production-ready Angular UI components.
  • Ensure new UI work aligns with existing application patterns and design standards.
  • Design proper database relationships and write efficient SQL queries when needed.
  • Deliver features within agreed timelines.
  • Communicate progress and blockers proactively.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on .NET (C#) development.
  • 2+ years building REST APIs.
  • 1+ year of Angular development.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience designing normalized database schemas and relationships.
  • Ability to implement pagination, sorting, and filtering for data-driven UIs.
  • Understanding of performance considerations in both frontend and backend systems.
  • Strong grasp of clean code principles and maintainability.
