Job Overview:

IT Organics LLC is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP and WordPress customization. The ideal candidate should have modern development skills and hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites using PHP and WordPress
• Build custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Work with Elementor and Gutenberg for advanced page building
• Create and manage custom post types and dynamic content
• Utilize Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for flexible content structures
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Develop and manage headless WordPress architectures using WP REST API
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Ensure security standards and best coding practices

Requirements:

• Strong command over PHP
• Proven experience in WordPress customization (themes & plugins)
• Expertise in Elementor and Gutenberg
• Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
• Strong understanding of custom post types & dynamic content
• Experience with API integrations
• Knowledge of WP REST API / headless WordPress
• Good grip on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL / database management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Plus Point):

• Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks
• Familiarity with Git / version control
• Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization tools

Work Environment:

• Onsite role (No remote option)
• Night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM PKT)
