Full Stack Developer – Python (Django), React / React Native/ AI/ML

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a solid background in Python (Django preferred) and frontend expertise in ReactJS or React Native. Candidates with experience or interest in AI/ML integration will be a strong fit, as our upcoming projects involve blending web/mobile development with intelligent automation.

This role offers the chance to work on diverse products—ranging from scalable backend systems to AI-driven features—that directly shape user experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Python/Django.
• Develop responsive web apps with ReactJS and mobile apps with React Native.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications (e.g., anomaly detection, chatbots, recommendation systems).
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with data scientists/AI engineers to bring ML models into production.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize workflows, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Stay ahead of new tools in AI, cloud, and full-stack development to continuously improve our tech stack.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in full stack development with Python/Django and React (web or mobile).
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or AI API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Django ORM).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Git-based version control.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
