Full Stack Developer – Python (Django) with AI/ML Experience

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django) and a passion for building intelligent, scalable applications. Experience in AI/ML model integration is highly valued, as many of our upcoming projects involve leveraging machine learning and automation.

While the backend will be your primary focus, familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) is a strong plus, enabling you to contribute across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python/Django.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deploy models into production (chatbots, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, etc.).
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
• Contribute to frontend features using React or Next.js (bonus).
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging tools in AI, cloud, and full stack development.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Django.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or AI API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Git-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with React/Next.js for frontend development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
