Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end (React) and back-end (NestJS) components of our applications. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and AI teams to build robust and user-friendly solutions that power next-generation recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (front-end) and

NestJS (back-end).

● Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly

interfaces.

● Implement best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and security.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

● Work closely with AI engineers to integrate AI/ML models into applications.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

● Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose ways to improve products.

Qualifications

● Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (5+ years preferred).

● Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, Next.js is a plus).

● Solid back-end development experience with NestJS (or Node.js/Express.js with

willingness to switch).

● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

● Good understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Fastify and asynchronous

programming.

● Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

● Proficiency with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

● Experience in integrating AI/ML APIs or models.

● Familiarity with microservices architecture.

● Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).

● Understanding of DevOps practices.

Education
