Our client, a Denmark-based accounting fintech, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on UX to join their team. The role will involve developing and refining app interfaces primarily intended for internal use, not customer-facing. The candidate will work closely with the Danish manager, ensuring that solutions are both technically robust and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of internal apps
• Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces tailored for internal use
• Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions
• Collaborate directly with the Danish manager to align on priorities and progress
• Conduct usability testing and optimize interfaces based on feedback
• Ensure app scalability, security, and smooth performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong UX design skills
• Solid experience designing and building app interfaces (preferably for internal business use)
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python)
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus
