Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an Full Stack Developer The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining business applications that meet organizational needs, while working closely under the supervision of the central IT team. The role will ensure adherence to software development best practices, maintain code quality, and support existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive front-end applications using React, with Next.js and Tailwind CSS as a plus
• Build secure, scalable APIs using C# .NET Core and Python (mandatory)
• Design, model, and optimize relational databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server (and Oracle Database is a plus)
• Apply best practices in the Software development life cycle (SDLC) — including requirements analysis, planning, estimations, code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with React, familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Expertise in C# .NET Core and Python (both mandatory)
• Solid grasp of Object-oriented programming (OOP), clean architecture, and API design (REST; GraphQL is a plus)
• Strong relational database skills: schema design, indexing, query optimization, and SQL performance tuning
• Proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git)

Pay: Rs250,000.00 per month
