Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences, writing backend code, and utilizing innovative technologies to deliver solutions that enhance client services. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the systems you develop are efficient and effective in addressing business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
