Full stack Engineer - Dallas, TX

As a Software Engineer within our technology unit, you will help take applications to the next level of evolution. The position will require hands-on software development , cross-team collaboration with a diverse engineering team, and the ability to visualize customer issues as drivers for internal change.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and influence creative solutions that meet functional, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Conceptualize Object-Oriented design and engineering design patterns.
• Work as a member of a high-functioning Agile team to help drive the next-generation user experience for web applications.
• Provide expertise in development best practices for the full software development life cycle , including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, test automation, and continuous integration.
• Strategically think with a focus on delivery and quality.
• Motivate and build a results-oriented implementation team, delivering strategic software products and services.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of overall software development (front end, middle tier, and back end).
  • 4-5+ years of client-side UI development experience.
  • 4-5+ years of Responsive Web Design and Web Accessibility development experience.
  • Experience with frameworks and languages such as Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Java , and Microservices architecture .
  • Experience with Cloud technologies .
  • Deep understanding of application and web architecture and development.
  • Deep understanding of Agile Development Methodologies .
