About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong OutSystems expertise to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining end-to-end digital solutions using OutSystems along with modern front-end and back-end technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end applications using OutSystems (Reactive Web, Traditional Web, and Mobile).
• Build scalable and secure back-end services and integrations (APIs, databases, workflows).
• Develop front-end components with a strong focus on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and DevOps.
• Perform application maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and sprint planning.
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and application lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems development is mandatory.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (if applicable).
• Strong understanding of back-end development, integrations, and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience building REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert).
• Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication concepts (OAuth2, SSO, etc.).
