We are hiring a Full Stack WordPress Developer who can independently handle both backend and frontend development of WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in custom development, performance optimization, and scalable website solutions, along with the ability to deliver clean and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Build and manage custom APIs and integrations
• Handle PHP & MySQL based development
• Perform custom functionality development (not just plugin usage)
• Implement and manage CRUD operations
• Optimize database and backend performance

2. Frontend Development

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Customize pages using Elementor or other page builders
• Convert designs (Figma/PSD) into functional websites

3. WordPress & WooCommerce Development

• Develop and manage WooCommerce stores
• Build portfolio and business websites
• Customize checkout flows, product pages, and user journeys
• Ensure scalability and performance of eCommerce platforms

4. Website Performance & Maintenance

• Optimize website speed and performance
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and updates
• Maintain website security best practices

5. Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, SEO team, and project managers
• Understand project requirements and deliver within timelines
• Manage multiple projects efficiently

6. Technical Requirements

• Strong command of WordPress architecture
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL
• Experience with custom plugin development & customization
• Solid understanding of REST APIs
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor (or similar page builders)
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce
• Preferred Experience
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies
• Portfolio of live websites (especially WooCommerce & business sites)
• Understanding of SEO-friendly development practices
• Basic knowledge of hosting, cPanel, and deployments

7. What We’re Looking For

8. Final Note

This role is for a doer, not just someone who uses page builders. You should be comfortable handling end-to-end WordPress development, from backend logic to frontend execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
