Senior Web Developer (Full Stack)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from architecture to deployment. You’ll work on modern, performance-driven websites, ecommerce platforms, and custom solutions.

This is not a “just code what you're told” role — we want someone who can think, suggest, and lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites
• Work across frontend and backend (full stack)
• Lead technical decisions and architecture planning
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams
• Ensure clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Handle deployments, debugging, and performance improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript (React / Next.js preferred)
• Solid backend experience (Node.js / PHP / Laravel / APIs)
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins)
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento is a plus)
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals & performance optimization
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and modern workflows

Bonus Points

• Experience with headless CMS or composable architecture
• SEO technical knowledge
• Experience working with international clients
• UI/UX sensitivity (not just backend mindset)
