Senior Full-Stack Developer needed Fulltime: Laravel+NextJS

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Next.js, SSR patterns, API integration
• Backend: Laravel, REST APIs, scrapers, background jobs, Webhooks, integrations, auth
• CMS: WordPress (custom work, integrations)
• Data: PostgreSQL (modeling, queries, migrations)

Mandatory Adjacent Skills

• Comfortable speaking with the English-speaking international team
• Smooth English speaking skills to understand the requirements, make tickets clearly, and cleanly written in English, and then work on them.
• Build and consume APIs
• Handle failures, retries, and rate limits
• Maintain scrapers and data pipelines
• Debug production issues using logs
• Git workflow, ticket-based execution
• Understand staging vs production

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-time engineering roles
• Experience working on live systems with real users
• Ability to debug real production issues
• Clear written communication

Role

• Full-time, long-term
• Remote
• 4-hour overlap with Indochina Time (ICT)

Ownership

• Own features end-to-end from ticket to production
• Ensure staging is verified by non-technical teammates
• Monitor releases and fix issues post-launch
• Treat production issues as a priority, not a handoff

Summary

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
