Full Stack WordPress Developer (Custom Development)

Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer with strong expertise in custom development, theme/plugin customization, and end-to-end website building. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both frontend and backend development and deliver high-performance, scalable WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites from scratch
• Build custom themes and plugins based on project requirements
• Work on both frontend (UI/UX) and backend development
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional WordPress websites
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Integrate APIs and third-party services when required
• Ensure website responsiveness across all devices and browsers
• Maintain code quality, security, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in WordPress development (core + custom)
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development
• Knowledge of MySQL database management
• Understanding of WooCommerce customization (plus point)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Git version control
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices
• Knowledge of website performance optimization tools
• Experience working in agile or team-based environments
