Full Time Accountant

Job Summary:

We are a growing heavy construction machinery trading and procurement company looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Full-Time Accountant to join our team.

In this role, you will not just be entering data you will be managing complex financial structures, tracking international procurement costs, and calculating precise project-based profit margins. If you have strong analytical skills, love diving deep into numbers, and can provide clear financial insights to management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profitability & Cost Analysis: Perform complex financial calculations to determine exact net profits per deal/machinery import and overheads.
• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain clean, up to date ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for multi-partner investments and sales milestones.
• Receivables & Payables: Track local client payment milestones (e.g., massive machinery sales contracts) and manage accounts payable for international suppliers.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the executive team to assist in strategic decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CA-inter or part-qualified professionals will be highly preferred).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid accounting experience, ideally in trading, logistics, import/export, or the construction sector.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Must be an absolute expert in MS Excel (complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and customized financial templates).
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to handle complex calculations and extract precise profit-and-loss data.
• Software Knowledge: Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Location: Must be based in or able to easily commute to the Giga Mall, Main GT Road, Dha Phase 2, Islamabad
