Montessori Guide/ Nanny Sought for North Boulder Family | Starting June 1st

We are a small, intentional household in North Boulder looking for a wonderful nanny to join us.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am to 3pm

About the role:

You will be caring for one child, a bright and independent one a half year-old girl. Our home has a calm, low-stimulation rhythm and we follow a child-led, Montessori-inspired approach. We value independent play, outdoor time, and a caregiver who knows how to be present without being intrusive.

What we are looking for:

Montessori training or genuine alignment with Montessori philosophy

Experience with toddlers

Calm, unhurried presence

High comfort with child-led independent play

Reliable, professional, and communicative

What we offer:
