Location: Platte City, MO

In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps our customers with their banking needs while ensuring every transaction is accurate and efficient.

This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a Saturday morning rotation.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Transactions: Accurately process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring a smooth banking experience.
• Daily Balancing: Take responsibility for balancing your cash drawer and vault each day, maintaining our commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor, making every interaction a positive one.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on our innovative products and services, enabling you to offer the best solutions for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in the banking industry or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient computer skills, detail-oriented, and strong math and cash handling abilities.
• Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Skill in building rapport with customers and fostering lasting relationships.
