Full-Time Barista / Front-of-House Assistant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Barista or Assistant FOH Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the management of the cafe. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant or cafe operations, inventory control, and food management, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Open/close store efficiently and securely
  • Greet guests, educate guests on menu items, upsell pastries
  • Uphold food-safety, cash-handling, and cleanliness standards
  • Support events and process-improvement projects
  • Train front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to service standards
  • Manage inventory processes, including ordering and regular stock checks.
  • Assist in overseeing front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • 1 yr+ barista or restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
