Full Time Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a busy, wholesome environment. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with other team members will be key to your success in this role.

Current schedule available is Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings (4pm to 10pm) and Monday 1130am to 930pm. Availability to fill all shifts is critical.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Bus tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a full service, family friendly restaurant.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
