Now Hiring: Full-Time Bookkeeper & Marketing Analyst (Contract – Remote, Puerto Rico)

We are a well established tourism company in Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Florida seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who can also analyze and present marketing performance data. This is a remote contractor position with full-time hours, and we are looking for candidates based in Puerto Rico.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting)
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, campaign performance)
• Present clear, actionable insights to leadership on both financials and marketing performance
• Work closely with our leadership team to support business decisions with data

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting specifically Quickbooks
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting
• Experience analyzing marketing data (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM data, etc.)
• Ability to translate numbers into clear insights and recommendations
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
• Background in finance, accounting, or business analytics

Position Details

• Type: Contractor (Full-Time Hours)
• Location: Remote (Puerto Rico preferred)
• Hours: ~40 hours per week
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
