Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and professional Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all major graphic design tools, possess a strong aesthetic sense, and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. This role requires both creative thinking and technical expertise to produce designs that align with brand identity and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of materials including:
- Social media content
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, banners, standees)
- Branding and identity (logos, Mascots, Theme based Campaign & brand guidelines)
- Marketing and advertising campaigns Material
- Event materials and merchandise
- Translate briefs into visually appealing designs that communicate the intended message effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms
- Revise and update designs based on feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing with proper formatting and specifications
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong creative thinking and conceptual design ability
- Excellent attention to detail and visual composition
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver tasks on time without compromising quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital media standards
Technical Proficiency
The candidate must be proficient in all major graphic design tools.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Core Requirement):
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing)
- Adobe Lightroom
- Other Design & Creative Tools:
- CorelDRAW
- Figma
- Canva (for quick design workflows)
- Sketch (preferred)
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- UI/UX design principles
- Basic animation and motion graphics
- Video editing and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
- Minimum 3 year of professional design experience
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
