Full-Time Infant Nanny

Full-Time Infant Nanny – Medford, MA
Start Date: ASAP:

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8am-6pm

Fridays: 8am-12pm,

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $30-35 per hour, depending on experience

• Guaranteed 44 hours,

• Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays

• Home located 10 minutes from a commuter train station

• No pets in the household

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a 6 month old t on a full-time basis

• Support parents in following feeding, nap, and developmental routines

• Clean and sanitize bottles and baby items daily

• Manage all babies laundry and help maintain an organized nursery

• Keep baby-related and shared spaces clean and tidy

• Communicate regularly with parents, offering daily updates on the child’s routine and development

• Assist with family meal preparation as needed

• Maintain flexibility to stay slightly later if both parents are delayed at work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

• Recent, hands-on experience caring for infants in a nanny role

• Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)

• Strong professional references (3–5 required)

• Ability to commit long-term (1+ year preferred)

• Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive in childcare and household support

• Comfortable working with parents who have demanding professional schedules

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
