Full-Time Infant Nanny

Compensation: $25 - $40/hour, based on education and experience

Commitment: Minimum 1 year. Ideally, 4+ years

Schedule: 40 hours/week

• 3 days per week: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• 2 days per week: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Children: The preschooler attends preschool 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

• 11-Month-Old Girl: A happy, social baby who loves outdoor time, bright colors, shaker toys, and sensory play.
• 3.5-Year-Old Girl: A loving preschooler who enjoys pretend play, princess themes, and clearly explained expectations.

About the Role:

This West University family is seeking a calm, organized nanny to support an infant and preschooler through play-based learning, child development, and thoughtful activity planning.

This is a collaborative household with involved grandparents and a full-time housekeeper. The right candidate will be flexible, team oriented, and comfortable leading the children’s day while adapting as plans shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create developmentally rich days for both children
• Plan play-based activities that support learning and exploration
• Prepare materials and activities ahead of time
• Tidy and reset children’s spaces

Ideal Candidate:

A warm, proactive nanny who enjoys creating purposeful days for young children. You are organized, adaptable, and able to follow through without frequent direction.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of full-time professional childcare experience with infants and preschoolers
• Comfortable planning activities and preparing materials
• Easygoing and adaptable in a multi-adult household
• Strong judgment and clear communication

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
