Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Infant Room Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants and young toddlers. Your primary goal will be to support each child's developmental milestones through engaging activities, personalized care, and effective classroom management. Duties
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional growth for infants.
- Provide attentive care to infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring their safety at all times.
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and independence among infants.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones; communicate observations with families regularly.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized space conducive to learning and safety.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development or other educational philosophies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings; daycare or preschool experience preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy activities for young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
