• Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Must be flexible/on-call)
• Travel: Up to 65% local/long-distance travel (Base: Perimeter Place Dr)

The Role: As a "Road Warrior" Specialty Technician, you aren't just cleaning—you are a specialist handling high-priority client requests and advanced facility maintenance.

• Specialized Care: Perform expert floor work (stripping/waxing), pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Advanced Safety: Utilize high-end disinfection equipment and pathogen remediation techniques.
• Customer Facing: Communicate professionally with customers to solve site-specific issues.

What You Need:

• Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience: Previous general cleaning and floor care experience (buffing/burnishing) required.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work independently with limited supervision.
• Compliance: Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
