Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Suds Deluxe Car Wash is seeking an experienced Lead Car Wash Technician to take charge of equipment repairs and new site installations across our Central Tx locations.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical — from troubleshooting on-site breakdowns to leading full install builds at new locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows their way around electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities:

Lead repairs and maintenance on car wash equipment across multiple sites

Oversee installation of new car wash equipment at developing locations

Coordinate plumbing, electrical, and pneumatic work for site builds

Supervise and train technicians on proper repair and installation techniques

Maintain tools, parts inventory, and project timelines

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide reliable fixes under pressure

Communicate effectively with vendors and project managers

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in equipment repair or mechanical maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and pneumatics

Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Forklift operation experience is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments
