About Us:
ALPS Adult Day Services is a mission-driven nonprofit providing compassionate daytime care and support foradults who are not safe staying home alone and their families. We’re seeking a motivated, energetic professional who wants a meaningful career making a real difference in the community.

Position Summary:
This full-time role combines Marketing, Fundraising, and Family Advocacy to promote ALPS’ mission, strengthen community relationships, and support families in need. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, outgoing, and skilled in communication and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain community partnerships and outreach efforts
• Plan and support fundraising events and campaigns
• Create and share marketing materials and social media content
• Represent ALPS at community and networking events
• Assist families with information, tours, and advocacy support

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or nonprofit fundraising
• Strong computer and digital media skills
• Background in healthcare is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Occasional after-hours for fundraising events
