Full Time Nanny

Full-Time Nanny | Live-In or Live-Out Options

This is a dynamic home seeking a professional, nurturing, playful nanny who thrives in a busy, loving environment. With three children under five, this role is best suited for someone who is steady, organized, and genuinely delighted by early childhood.

The schedule is Monday - Thursday from 7:00am to 7:30pm, and Fridays from 7:00am to 3:00pm. The nanny is off duty once the children are in bed, and Fridays offer an early close to the week.

The Children

The family has a newborn and two older girls, ages 2.5 and 3.5. For the first few months, the nanny will focus primarily on the older two children while the parents manage newborn care. Over time, the role will naturally expand to include all three children. The older girls attend school, and the nanny will manage morning drop-offs, pick-ups, and the full rhythm of the day in between. This includes coordinating naps, snack times, activities, and bedtime routines with confidence and ease.

The Home

This is a professional household with one parent working full time in the city and one parent who is in and out during the day. The ideal nanny is comfortable partnering with a parent who may be present at times. The family values teamwork, clear communication, and mutual respect. The atmosphere of the home is active and upbeat and they encourage their nanny to play music and create imaginative play.

A strong candidate will:

• Understand infant and toddler developmental milestones
• Confidently manage overlapping naps and competing needs
• Redirect gently but firmly when boundaries are tested
• Maintain predictable routines that create calm in a full household
• Assist in keeping child-related items stocked and organized
• Reset play areas and keep the children’s spaces running smoothly

The nanny should be proactive, communicative, and capable of running the day with structure while keeping the tone warm and engaging. This is someone who can move from school logistics to snack prep to bedtime wind-down without missing a beat.

The right fit is playful, energetic, emotionally steady, and deeply comfortable in a home with three little ones under five.

Living Arrangements

The family is open to multiple employment structures. They are happy to consider a local live-out candidate, a weekday live-in arrangement (staying in the home during the workweek and returning home on weekends), or a full-time live-in nanny who resides in the home year-round. Candidates are encouraged to share which option aligns best with their lifestyle. The family are open to offering relocation for full live-in option.

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience and education.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years professional childcare experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
