A loving, established family in Crossville is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and organized full-time nanny to care for their two young children in their home.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who values stability, enjoys early childhood development, and wants to become a long-term, trusted part of a family’s daily life.

• 9-week-old baby boy – Sweet, cuddly, and responsive. He enjoys being held, talked to, and gently engaged. He thrives on interaction and loving attention.
• 2-year-old toddler girl – Bright, energetic, and full of personality. She loves singing, dancing, coloring, painting, learning her colors and numbers, and spending time outdoors—especially at the playground. She enjoys music and structured play and does best with someone who can match her energy while providing consistency and gentle guidance.

The siblings share a sweet bond and enjoy being near one another. The home is affectionate, lively, and filled with music, learning, and play.

Both parents are local professionals with demanding careers and value kindness, structure, and a grounded home environment. They are seeking someone who will feel like a natural extension of their family — calm, steady, and deeply invested in the well-being of their children.

Requirement:

3 years of post high school, paid childcare experience (experience must be reflected on resume to be considered for this position)

Early childhood education background is a plus but not required. Professional references will be requested.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
