Full Time Nanny

A busy family in Greenwich is seeking a full-time, experienced nanny to join their home and grow with them long-term. This role involves partnering with an additional nanny already in place, with shared coverage during certain hours.

Schedule

35-40 hours a week- Approximately 70 total weekly hours split between two nannies

Typical hours for this role:

• Tuesday: 1 PM – 8 PM (overlap coverage required)
• Wednesday: 1PM – 7:30 PM
• Thursday: 11AM – 8 PM (overlap coverage required) ** this could change in future- long term would need the ability to come 7:15A-7P
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (may vary depending on team coverage)
• Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM (occasional flexibility; some weekends may shift with advance notice)

Some Sundays may be needed with shorter hours and significant advance notice.

About the Role

• Primary care for an infant, with additional care for older children after school.
• Work alongside the existing nanny or parent during busy periods.
• Assist with meals, bath routines, cleanup, laundry, organization, and general household flow (no heavy cleaning).
• Light meal prep and household support as needed.
• Take the baby to outings/activities and transition to more outside play as they grow.
• Must be comfortable driving a large family vehicle.
• Must be comfortable around a pool and supervising children who swim.
