Full-Time Nanny

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Nanny on the Isle of Palms to provide loving, attentive, and reliable care for children of various ages. Duties

• Provide attentive care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and developmental exercises
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, such as laundry, tidying toys, and cleaning up after meals
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns with professionalism and care
• Support children with daily routines including nap times, diaper changes, potty training, and dressing
• Assist with transportation to activities or appointments as needed while ensuring safety at all times

Skills

• Proven experience working with children in various settings such as nannying, babysitting, daycare or preschool environments
• Strong knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and early childhood development principles
• Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Skilled in meal preparation and cooking nutritious foods suitable for young children
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Capable of maintaining a clean living space through regular cleaning routines related to childcare duties
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Passionate about teaching, caregiving, and fostering a safe environment that promotes growth and learning

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
