This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide attentive childcare, support developmental milestones, and foster a joyful atmosphere. As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital part in guiding children through their daily routines while ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth.

Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that promote learning and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns.
• Support children with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and diaper changes.
• Collaborate with parents to follow specific care plans, behavioral guidelines, and developmental goals.
• Assist with light household chores related to children’s belongings and activities to ensure a tidy living space.
• Use patience and understanding when working with children with disabilities or special needs to foster inclusivity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or childcare roles with a focus on infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred to ensure safety at all times.
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children’s dietary requirements.
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and caregivers.
